What comes back

Three answers, not forty pages

01

Where you actually stand

Your real position for each search, checked from Seattle, not from wherever I happen to be. Map pack and organic separately, because they are different systems and most owners only know one of them.
02

What is blocking you

Usually one of three things: your pages are not written for what people type, your Google Business Profile is set up but not worked, or your own pages compete with each other. I tell you which.
03

Whether it is worth fixing

Sometimes the searches you picked are not the ones bringing your competitors customers. Sometimes they are and you are closer than you think. Either way you get a plain answer, and if you do not need me, I say so.

What this is not

Not a tool report with your domain typed into it

Every agency offers a free SEO audit. Most of them are forty pages of red and green scores and a sales call attached. Nobody reads the report. The call is the point.

This is the opposite. Three searches, one person, a written answer. It takes me real time, which is why I ask for three searches and not “audit my site.” Three tells me what you actually want to win.

Not sure what to send?

How to pick your three searches

Think about the last customer you wish had found you instead of someone else. What did they type? Not your business name. The service, and probably the area.

1

The money search
The one that means a job if they call. “Water heater replacement Seattle.”

2

The neighbourhood search
Same service, the area you actually serve. “Plumber Ballard.”

3

The one you keep losing
The search where a competitor sits above you and you cannot work out why.
If you are not sure, send what you have. Part of the check is telling you whether you picked the right ones.

What happens after

You read the answer. If it is worth fixing and you want me to do the work, you reply and we go from there. If you would rather take the answer and handle it yourself, that is fine too. It is yours either way. Nothing follows up automatically and you are not added to a list.

Questions

Before you send

Is the SEO audit really free?
Yes. There is no charge and no requirement to hire me afterward. The purpose is to show you the main SEO problems or opportunities I see on your site.
No. SEO tools may be used to investigate specific issues, but the review itself is done manually. I decide which findings are relevant and which are simply noise.
The service is designed primarily for Seattle-area businesses, but I can also review websites serving other markets.
No. I can complete the initial audit using your public website and publicly available search data. If deeper access would help, we can discuss that afterward.
Nothing unless you want it to. You can implement the recommendations yourself, pass them to another developer, or ask me to help.

Three searches. Two business days. In writing.

The form is at the top of the page. It takes about two minutes.
