How long before I see anything?
Map result changes tend to move first, then service pages. I tell you at the start which of the two your situation depends on, and I write down what I expect to change and when, so you can hold me to it.
No. Nobody controls the ranking. What I can commit to is the work being done, written up, and explained, and to telling you plainly when something is not moving.
You leave. There is no contract to unwind. Before that, I will tell you what I think the blocker is and whether I am the right person to fix it.
